The staff were excellent, the rooms were clean, and there were amenities aplenty. The motel was quiet both nights we stayed. Convenient parking and free yogurt, cereal, and toast for breakfast. No bedbugs or other pests. The building is visibly old, but that's part of the charm in my opinion. What a fantastic stay for the cost!

oui la premiere chambre avait un odeur desagreable la porte d entrer etait ouverte et la serrure briser quand on lui a dit elle nous a repondu quelle le savait pour la porte , on a demander une autre chambre , la senteur etait mieux mais la pomme de douche tirait l eau partout et le bord du bain il y avait de la moisisure mais on avait pas le choix mon mari avait besoin d une place a dormir quand j etait a l hopital de moncton N B pour les trois nuits passer la personne n est venu pour porter des serviette propre ou pour faire menage ca sera notre derniere fois a cette Hotel Arthur et Suzanne Lagace

They still owe me 25 dollars and there was no service for towels or toilet paper. Live mouse trap under bathroom sink. Very dirty under bed and behind furniture. Breakfast room had fire code issues for being able to even reach the cereal etc. dirty counters. Was told there is no active manager when I asked for a name was told a senior staff would be there from Toronto in two days and that’s when I can get my change of 25 dollars

Room was disgustingly filthy, mold in main & bathroom , broken items, no phone, long hair in sheets, wrinkled bedding. No one at front desk upon arrival, had to search for staff. No safety lock on door.

It was a fail. They gave me room view on the garbage bin of this hotel. Toilet flush was not working. They are displaying that it is a smoke free hotel however when entering to the room it was full of smoke. I checked out after 5 min of my checkin. I adjed for refund they refused. Very dissapointung for my wife and 2 kids.

The kitchen area was disgusting, the food inspector needs to go shut them down. Breakfast was toast, cornflakes, apple juice or orange juice. I asked for napkins and the desk clerk brought a box of kleenex. The outside yard was littered with cigarette buts. People just went outside their room and smoked dope being next door didnt walk away from building. Garbage not empty it was overflowing. I will not recommed it to anyone. Worst experience i ever had in hotel's.

Comfortable beds, could use an upgrade all around but pretty clean. The doors need to be greased. The price might have been higher than I would like but we needed a place to stay last minute, our fault. Would stay again!
