The pool was covered with a tarp had I known that I would have never booked it. Ran out of the toilet paper had next to none in the bath room and no extra in the room. The room was good. The bathroom water was the hottest water I ever felt in my life. People was partying out in the parking lot til 3 am so every time I fell asleep I was woke up.

Great value compared to comps in the area. Clean room with the hottest water we have ever experienced in a hotel. Comfortable bed with tiny soft pillows. Dont stay for the amenities but do stay for the value, and bring your own pillows!

We have stayed 3 times, they ran out of breakfast in one hour, ran out most of the food the second time, 3rd time there was no food for them to cook. The trash cans were very full. It’s by a wooded area, I saw a raccoon having dinner.

Poor cleaning the bathtub had black lines of mold , very sticky and it smells weird. My son have allergies all night,, They offered continental breakfast on Saturday until 10 and we went at 8:40am and it was totally empty not even a piece of bread.

The property had a convenient store right next to it, which was nice parking was adequate and the rooms were decent. They could have been a little more cleanly. The sheets had stains and the tub had hair. Be careful when you book a room they are misleading and the ones that say they have Jacuzzi tubs. Don’t make sure you verify before you stay other than that. It was an OK stay

The non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in. The TV did not work. The ice machine was broken. When we called the front desk for help we were told “that’s not my department.” We walked across the parking lot and got a room at the Hampton In and that’s where we stayed instead of this place.

The stay was excellent. The property and room were clean and I was pleased with the overall condition of the hotel. I sleep great sands the complimentary breakfast was perfect. If you are looking for the Marriot experience, I recommend you book at the Marriot. This is my favorite hotel when stopping in Monroe for the night.

Awful

There was not hot water. Door locks didn’t work. The front door is locked so you can’t get to the lobby after dark. You have to talk to the clerk through a window. The room smelled like I’ve been smoked in for years. I left with asthma. Continental breakfast was empty. if it hadn’t been after a long drive, we would’ve found something else and kept going.

Not very comfortable, it was relatively clean but run down. Worth the extra to stay somewhere nicer. I decided to stay here over a cheaper place because of the free breakfast but they didn’t even put it out because there weren’t many people.
