The hotel is nice. The man working the front desk was nothing short of rude. He acted like he did not want to be there and was bothered that someone was checking in.

The room was not very clean. The state of the bathroom was not as it was my last two stays. You could see the yellow ring in the toilet and hair and dirt was on the bathroom floor. Since I was there for a quick business trip, I just decided not to complain because I knew I'd never return. The front desk staff was nice, and they appeared overworked, but the staff over breakfast and the room cleaner were not. I usually leave a tip for the room service, however I did not this trip. Also, I had used a bath towel and left a small amount of makeup on it, and the room cleaner folded the towel and left it with the clean ones. My pictures didn't show up so I did not attach any. If I could rate a zero, I would. Such a shame because my past two stays were great experiences.
