Highly recommend this lake house!

Our family very much enjoyed a recent long weekend getaway at this beautiful, clean and well-stocked home on the lake. We took advantage of using all the great amenities: hot tub, pool, game room, canoe and kayak. The beds were SO comfortable!!! There are restaurants and shopping areas not far away, so it’s an ideal location for a vacation spot. They allowed our dogs to join us which was such an advantage as well. The host was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We will definitely be visiting this lake front location again in the future!

Really beautiful spot

Clean house, easy check in, super beautiful property. Near lots of great hikes. Kitchen was stocked better than lots of other rentals I've been in, with nice appliances that made cooking easy. Lots of activities to do on-site. Would definitely recommend!!

My stay at the lake house

Beautiful view and host was very quick at reponding back. The most important part for me was how clean the home was especially the bed sheets & towels had fresh clean smell. Highly recommended if your looking for an upscale & peaceful getaway!

Great house, excellent hosts

We had a great stay over Spring Break. The house was great for five kids (5-9) and four adults. The kids really enjoyed Legoland which was a quick and convenient distance away. The adults loves the lakeside fire pit and the hot tub. The house was incredibly clean and very well stocked. It was great not to worry about bringing too many household items or rushing around with a difficult checkout, the house was so well stocked we didn’t need to bring much and checkout was incredibly easy. Communication with the hosts was very easy, they returned all messages very quickly and even let us check in early!

Wish we could live here

I definitely want to come back. This place was beautiful in the fall and I imagine it will be even more amazing in the winter. The house was homey and cozy, with lots of nice places to hang out with the family and lots of space for the kids to play in. Sitting in the hot tub while it was almost zero degrees, enjoying the view of the lake was so relaxing. Home was very clean and communications with the owner were so quick and easy. This was also perfect for day trips to Legoland and Woodbury. All in all this made for a perfect weekend and the only downside was that our stay had to end! We shall return!

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this large lakefront property. The outdoor living space like the back deck and swimming pool were great bonuses, with beautiful views of the lake. The location is also very well situated to enjoy lots of activities in the area. We took our kids to LegoLand (15 min drive) and Storm King (25 min drive) during our stay. This is one of the best stocked house rentals I've stayed at as well: there were shower products, coffee pods, condiments, plenty of towels, anything you could need was on hand. Appreciated the comfortable mattresses too!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house. We made use of the pool table, fireplace, cooked great meals together, put together puzzles and had a relaxing time. The house is well maintained, we appreciated the very organized house guide the host emailed to us. One note that we weren’t aware of until arrival, the water here is softened. We picked up jugs of drinking water as we didn’t care for the taste but that’s a personal preference. Next time we’ll know to bring water. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Best Vrbo experience

Llya is very responsive since the beginning through the entire stay. This is definitely the best experience for me and our family is able to enjoy the Christmas at this lake side property. Very clean and beds are comfortable. So accommodating with all our request and our dogs also feel at home too. Will definitely come back if I am around the same area. 5 stars all the way!

Perfect Legoland Rental

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lakeside home. Just 15 minutes from Legoland made this the ideal location for us. The pool, lake and what our kids dubbed “the kid cave” (basement) made this the perfect house to keep everyone entertained for the week. The owners were very responsive and the house was one of the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. Just an fyi for those like us coming from more rural locations this is more of a suburb vibe and there is road noise from across the lake. Didn’t impact our stay but not completely tranquil.

Family Celebration Weekend

My husband, 2 daughters/spouses, 4 granddaughters 8-15 yrs. and dog, spent the long weekend celebrating my birthday. We had a wonderful time doing everything the beautiful lake/pool house afforded us. Whether we were in the pool, canoeing, kayaking, sitting around the fire pit or having billiard and ping pong games, we were busy every minute. Ilya and Dyer could not have been more accommodating from start to finish and the house was as described but even better. All of us also enjoyed the surprise ‘birthday basket’ they had delivered to me! The 10 of us were so happy we chose this well situated, spacious property and highly recommend it. It exceeded our expectations. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice Home Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful visit at this VRBO. The owner Ilya was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions, providing good information. The peaceful lake view is just beautiful . We played lots of pool, enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen with assorted pots, pans and appliances. The bed and linens were fresh-clean-fluffy and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. Indeed a very special place to visit.

Homely, Relaxing & Beautiful

We loved staying here and are looking forward to coming back again! Everything was ready for us when we got there and the owner was super communicative and always available. The property was clean and very spacious, as there were a lot of us. The extra bedding and air beds really came in handy. The property is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and sits right on the lake. The activities (lake, canoe, game room, etc) was exactly what we needed to relax and have fun after our game. I would recommend this property to anyone and am looking forward to our next stay!!

Peaceful location with easy access to Mt. Peter

We were two families with kids needing a good home base for a ski weekend at Mt. Peter. Our children range in ages from 7-9 and loved the house and the grounds. They went sledding in the yard and there was plenty to do downstairs with darts and games, and a nice fireplace to warm up next to and watch a movie. The house was fully stocked - linens and extra blankets for the bedrooms, two air mattresses which we used given the kids all wanted to stay together, a beautiful master suite and extra toiletries in the bathrooms and plenty of kitchen supplies. We were very happy with our choice and the check-in/out process was seamless. Ilya was a welcoming host and we will visit again!

Lovely family holiday

This was a perfect property for our family to gather and celebrate Thanksgiving. Besides having enough bedrooms, the kitchen was functional and well outfitted for cooking and there was a dining room for a more formal meal. We had plenty of room to watch TV, or visit by the fireplace, or work on a puzzle, or play games in the basement. Since it was cold and a little wet (muddy), we didn't spend much time outside, but the lake is beautiful. I would love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the water and the outdoors! The town was close for shopping, and we found a few nice hikes in the area. We had a very comfortable stay - thank you so much for making our holiday memorable!
