Rude front desk clerk, roaches crawling

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. Didn’t speak when spoken to just looked like a puffy eyed raccoon caught in headlights. She’s always an issue. Don’t think she care for certain kind of people. Usually the rooms are clean but this time there were roaches crawling up the walls. We slept with the lights on. I wouldn’t recommend.

Rented a room just for a couple hours with my husband. It was barely average. This hotel needs a good update/remodel. There was some mediocre patch up work done in the bathroom. Would be ok for a night or two….

Wokeup in the middle of the morning ( 2 a.m ) HOT, AIR WAS NOT PERFORMING. CALLED FRONT DESK AND THE OVERNIGHT WORKER HUNG UP ON ME. HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE WHEN I ASK HIM DID HE REALLY JUS HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER HAVING A PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE)
