Rooftop Aerie - Vues étonnantes, maison privée, impeccable et confortable

Lieu - la maison est prĂšs de Woodinville. Nous sommes directement au-dessus de l'intersection des trois riviĂšres (Snohomish, Snoqualmie, Skykomish)
Rooftop Aerie propose:
‱ Une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e - cafetiĂšre, grille-pain, micro-ondes, four / cuisiniĂšre, ustensiles de cuisine complets, vaisselle pour 8 personnes et coin repas. Il y a une salle Ă  manger formelle entre la cuisine et le salon.
‱ Salon - canapĂ© en cuir, chaises et une vue spectaculaire sur le jardin et la vallĂ©e. Le poĂȘle au propane est disponible pour un peu plus de chaleur les soirĂ©es fraĂźches.
‱ SystĂšme de chauffage - la maison est chauffĂ©e et refroidie avec un systĂšme gĂ©othermique, qui est l’un des systĂšmes les plus Ă©cologiques. Remarque: comme la plupart des maisons du PNW, il n'y a pas de climatisation. Le systĂšme gĂ©othermique «refroidit» la maison, mais nous comptons toujours sur quelques ventilateurs pendant les quelques jours au-dessus de 80 degrĂ©s.
‱ Terrain - une immense pelouse comprenant des jeux de pelouse, des chaises sur le porche couvert, dans le jardin et sur le toit. Les jardins entourant la maison comprennent des fleurs qui attirent les colibris et les papillons. Vous pourrez dĂ©guster des myrtilles, des framboises et des fraises.

Great Stay at Rooftop Aerie

Our family of four truly loved our week at Rooftop Aerie. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable four our family, and the views were out of this world! Susan and John were amazing hosts - adding special little "extras" to our stay. They generously offered us farm-fresh eggs and lots of homegrown vegetables. Susan even made us some DELICIOUS sourdough bread and strawberry puree. John and Susan were incredibly friendly and responsive to any question we had during our stay. Our family would definitely return to Rooftop Aerie anytime that we are in Snohomish.

Relaxing getaway

Our stay at rooftop was amazing. Every expectation was not only met but taken to a whole new level. The owners were very friendly, easy to talk to, and super kind and respectful. One of the best moments was when early one morning our host met us and delivered fresh vegetables and eggs to us and along with a warm welcome. It was just very sincere and friendly. We were in town visiting some family and i will never forget when our host walked up and delivered fresh dungeous crab they had just caught to our home ( that was beyond cool and thoughtful). Everything about rooftop aerie says classy, respectful, real, and all around amazing experiences. Definitely a mustvbook for anybody looking for a great time and a chance to get away from the hustle and busle of life

Stunning property

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Rooftop Aerie. The house is beautiful with all amenities: well stocked kitchen, laundry, toiletries, bathrobes, comfortable king size beds. Every room has stunning views, not to mention the rooftop with views of Cascades including Mt Baker! We enjoyed reading on the covered patio with humminbirds fluttering nearby, eagles and owls were also spotted. This was the serene experience we needed. John and Susan and their sweet dog Sparrow were fantastic hosts and very responsive to any issues. Susan even baked us delicious sourdough bread, twice! We intend to book the property again when we return in 2 years for another event. Very highly recommend!

Relaxing stay with spectacular views

This is such a great place to stay. We stayed here for 6 days and used it as our home base to visit Snoqualmie Falls, North Cascades National Park and Mt. Rainier National Park. The stay was very relaxing. The home is spacious, well stocked with all the necessities and Susan and John, the hosts, are very friendly, accommodating and communicative. When we arrived, Susan came over with a. freshly baked sourdough bread and Tillamook butter. Very attentive! They live on the same property, but are not intrusive at all. Sometimes their dog Sparrow came over to play and we really enjoyed that. The views from the patio are amazing, and even better from the patio furniture on the rooftop. On clear days you can see Mount Baker and various other peaks. I would recommend staying here if you want to escape the city and are seeking to find some peace and quiet. You will not be disappointed.

Great time at the clubhouse

20 years ago, my friends and I made a movie about growing up and friendship. We got together and made a sequel to that movie and shot it locally around Monroe. We stayed at the Rooftop Aerie while we shot the movie to save on drive time to their respective homes.We didn’t know how much of a wonderful experience we would be in store for. John and Susan were excellent hosts, and very welcoming with their space. It was one of the high points of our experience

Friendly comfort with a view!

Hosts have done a great job making this home comfortable for travelers. It was clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully stocked with goodies in kitchen and bath. It’s a tranquil setting with a view on a nice day, and has a covered well-equipped outdoor area, too. John and Susan are kind, friendly, and responsive hosts. We didn’t get to spend much time at the house, because we were up for a family event, but we hope to return and take better advantage of the location and amenities another time!

Just Perfect

Our group stayed for a week. There was nothing the place needed. We cooked several meals at the house and it had everything we needed. There was an incredible supply of oils, seasonings, and condiments, which makes eating at the home so much easier. Our group as 3 couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The third bath does not have a shower or tub, but that was a minor inconvenience. The water supply at the house was well water and the host provided bottled water to use. When we arrived the home was open and ready to go. Susan brought over fresh eggs one morning and fresh sourdough bread another time. There were so many things that made the house comfortable that I am sure I can't remember them all. It was clean, warm, smelled amazing, and had everything we needed. The outside patio area had heaters and a cool fire feature and we spent several nights outside listening to the frogs. We were not able to utilize the rooftop due to the winter weather creating a bit of a hazard, but it was not that much of an issue. Sparrow and the horses are little bonuses to the property that make you feel like you are at home, so we loved seeing them daily. We may or may not have given the horse a carrot. We would most definitely stay again. The trips to Woodinville and Snohomish were completely enjoyable and I would recommend both cities for food and drinks. Thank you, Susan and John. We had an amazing stay.

Peaceful oasis

This is our second stay at Rooftop Aerie and this visit was as lovely as the first. Susan and John are wonderful hosts--and any guest will love Sparrow. We highly recommend a stay at this home.

A quiet place to rejuvenate

My family (wife, kids 5+7) stayed at the lovely Rooftop Erie for just over a week while we were down in the greater Seattle area for medical reasons. Susan and John were the absolute most accommodating hosts we have had the luck to interact with in our VRBO journeys. The house was lovely and WAS SO WELL STOCKED! Holy cow, you didn't need anything! If you forgot something, they had it. Very very awesome. There was plenty to do in downtime in the evenings with board games and movies. The property grounds could literally be a wedding venue and the best part was how dark and quiet it got when the sun went down. Last, but certainly not least, Sparrow, the angel border collie would come and visit us on occasion and was always a lovely treat to see and play with. We will be back for sure! Thanks again.

The property is away from the busy city and is very quiet out there. Has beautiful views. House was very clean and had no issues. The recommendations for me at least it would be nice to have a tv in bedrooms. Overall great stay

The house was perfect for our stay. The owners are next door so able to quickly address any concerns, though I'm not sure what concerns you might have because they have considered every detail. Even providing slippers and robes for use during your stay. Susan even baked us a loaf of bread that we enjoyed for breakfast one morning. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise from the rooftop terrace & fully welcomed the peaceful feeling of seclusion. I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone visiting the area

Great house

This was one of 2 houses we stayed at while in the outlying Seattle area, during our kids' first trip to Washington. The views were beautiful, and the house was immaculate. Our teenagers really liked the roof deck. The owners John and Susan live next door and were really helpful, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. The fresh-baked sourdough bread when we checked in was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay at Rooftop Aerie

My family of 4 adults and 2 young children (ages 2 1/2 and 4), stayed at the Rooftop Aerie in late August, and had a wonderful experience! The property is absolutely lovely and Susan and John are attentive hosts, who go above and beyond what they need to, to make their guests feel welcome! The house is laid out in such a manner that our family had plenty of room to spread out, and we did not feel cramped at all. It is a beautiful house, inside and out! The property is absolutely lovely with flowers, and hummingbirds, and stunning views. The views on the roof, which you can sit on, are even more stunning. If there's an occasion in the future where my family needs to get together, Rooftop Aerie will be the place we want to stay!

Home Away From Home

This property was such a magical place. It was peaceful and serene and so much more. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the property was, and John and Susan were the best of hosts. A magical place with a view that is worth the price of admission, Sally the border colllie is a wonderful greeter and smiles as you arrive. The only issue i had is the property is shown as handicap accessible but the 2 steps entering the house and the sunken living room make it difficult for someone fully wheelchair bound...i will definitely stay again

Monroe vacation

All I can say is that EVERYTHING was PERFECT!! Susan and John were Very accommodating yet not intrusive, they provided us with such a peaceful and Very Comfortable home. The view from the house and rooftop are Amazing! The beds and bedding were so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The furniture was also really comfortable. The TV, DVD's and Xbox games kept us all thoroughly entertained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything imaginable and it was a pleasure to cook in. We will definitely stay at the Rooftop Aeire home next time we go for a family visit in Monroe. Thank You, Susan and John. Gratefully, Bill and Alicia

Best place, best location, best host dog ever

We stayed a week at the Rooftop Aerie, and we were glad every day to be there. The view, the beauty of the house and grounds, the friendliness of the dogs and the generosity of the hosts are only the highest points of a billion high points we had in a week. I actually cried the morning we left; I just didn't want to go. And kudos to Susan and John for being such good hosts in an area of super-high demand where hosts can be, shall we say, cranky. Susan and John are the opposite of cranky. They are wonderful.

Exceptional getaway stay!

This place was such an amazing first time stay in Washington! I could not have picked a better place. Susan and John were very sweet and attentive if we needed anything! We also could not get enough of Sparrow and her sweet smile. Overall, the Rooftop Aerie had such a nice view of the mountains and we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the area. The inside of the house is even more clean and well-organized. We really enjoyed and loved staying here. 10/10 would book again!
