Appartement bien situé en centre-ville et clair.Mais à ne sélectionner que:•si l’on est prêt à faire 2 heures de ménage à son arrivée (quand son prédécesseur s’en est dispensé ) ; •si l’on n’est pas trop regardant sur les règles de construction ; •Si l’on est n’a rien contre les odeurs de cuisine d’un restaurant (extracteur d’air située à proximité de la fenêtre du séjour, légèrement en contrebas). Enfin, mieux vaut tomber sur des voisins très discrets, car le bâtiment – ancien et vétuste - est particulièrement sonore, par les planchers comme par les murs.

Conforme a la description

Immeuble que l'on trouve plus facilement à pieds qu'en voiture. Il faudrait peut être rajouter une photo de la devanture. Espaces communs peu convivial et reflète pas la propreté . En revanche, l'appartement qui est au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur est très agréable et fonctionnel. Emplacement au centre de la ville.

situé au coeur du village, proximité commerces restaurants et navette gratuite pour aller à la station. Petit bemol pas de parking, pas de place depose minute pour les bagages..appartement fonctionnel avec de nombreux rangements.

Appartement très bien situé au centre du Mont Dore, supérette et boulangerie juste en dessous. Parking payant à proximité. L'appartement est resté assez frais, malgré les fortes chaleur extérieures. Nous avons profité des montagnes et des lacs, randonnées et baignades. La ville du Mont Dore est très animée et agréable.

Appartement propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé. 3 etage sans ascenseur, parties communes vetustes, insonnorisation très mauvaise (surtout avec les voisins du dessus).

Séjour au mont-dore

Très bon séjour, le logement est très bien situé au centre du Mont Dore, bien équipé, vaisselle suffisante. Et assez spacieux pour 2. La communication avec l'hôte, très bien et la procédure d'arrivée parfaite. Seul bémol l'insonorisation, on entend bien les voisins. En dehors de ce petit point négatif, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement et dans la région.

ne louez pas ce logement

Le digicode avait changé au 3eme jour et nous ne pouvions pas rentrer, heureusement que nous sommes revenus ds l'après midi car le soir nous pouvions contacter personne. le propriètaire semblait etre étonné... la propreté très moyenne des poils de chiens partout, sous le plateau du micro onde il restait du riz; quand à la tete de traversin elle était dégueulase, photos à l'appui. trop déçu.

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est propre et idealement situé. L'isolation phonique n'est pas très bonne en effet et l'immeuble est en mauvaise état. Cependant, le rapport qualité prix reste convenable.
