We enjoyed our stay. Hallways and common areas a bit shabby but for a ski resort with walkable skiing it’s expected in summer to look out of date without roaring fires and snow covered grounds. Hotel had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable. Staff were helpful and kind. Break fast buffet was plentiful, tasty and full of variety. We loved the surrounding amenities and our kids were happy the whole time.

The AC of the entire hotel wasn’t working during a heat wave. Sleeping conditions with kids were so unsafe as everyone was sweating thru the whole night two nights in a row. This is unacceptable and no refund offered either

Summer break

Loft gets pretty hot and the older AC units cannot keep up. Our room smelled like dog. Carpet and furniture was worn. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tubs were good. Location is perfect. Staff were very helpful.
