Magnificent natural site in the heart of a prairie mountain and forest edge. Very spacious gite. Well sheltered terrace. Superb panorama on the mountains. Beautiful country barn located 17km from Albertville, Olympic city with Conflans, charming medieval city. In the heart of Savoie, between Chambéry and Albertville, towns of "Art and History", ideal for discovering the various massifs and ski areas (motorway 7km away). At 26km, family ski resort of Sambuy/Seythenex. Cross-country skiing at Val Tamié, 21km away, superb natural and preserved setting. Privileged location for hiking and cycling between the Bauges Regional Natural Park and other surrounding mountains (Beaufortain, Belledonne, La Lauzière). Near the Col de Tamié, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, with the famous 17th century Cistercian Abbey and renowned for its eponymous cheese. Supervised swimming in bodies of water fitted out or equipped with a water ski lift. At 35km, beach of Lake Annecy, nicknamed "blue lake" for the purity of its waters. In the heart of the vineyard with the Route des Vins de Savoie, marked tourist circuit by car or bike to appreciate this mountain viticulture and enjoy tastings with the producers.
