Set among olive groves and a spacious lawn surrounded by pomegranate trees and bay laurels, this antique,comfortable"podere" is within walking distance to the village of San Giovanni d'Asso (Community of Montalcino).The small village is furnished with a few basics like bank,post office,supermarket,pharmacy,cafè etc. and 2 nice restaurants .
Il Tribbio is a generously-sized private villa with private pool, offering glorious views of tree-clad hills and meadows .This house is an ideal choice for those who wish to be close to shopping, restaurants and cafes, yet be immersed in nature. The small village with approximately 300 inhabitans is just a 10-minute walk away and is strategically located between Siena and Val d'Orcia,both of them Unesco heritage!
The house is beautiful, spacious, with beamed ceilings, comfortably furnished with antique and rustic furniture.
It is suitable for a party of 10 : 5 AC bedrooms,5 bathrooms .
Nestled in a fenced olive grove with a large lawn just in front of it, words can't even describe the beauty of the view.
The house is spread on two levels:
Ground Floor: A rectangular doorway (one of two) opens up to a beautiful living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table sitting 10 is off of the living room . From another arched entrance you enter a spacious open space with fireplace , fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An ancient travertine stone staircase leads you to the first floor.
First Floor: There is a large living room with two sofas centered around the fireplace, two double AC bedrooms with en suites, an AC twin/double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom .Mosquito nets and ceiling fans. Gates on top of both flights of stairs for children 's security.
Crossing a landing there is a beautiful AC double bedroom painted in light red with adjacent bathroom , an AC twin/double bedroom painted in light blue ,with en suite.
All over the house most of the rooms have mosquito nets.
AC consumption included in the rental rate.

POOL HOUSE: Located by the pool the pool house has a changing room- bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Under the loggia a table sitting 10 and a sitting area. Pool Size: 10m x 6 m, 1.2m - 2.5m deep, chlorine cleaned .The pool area is fenced and furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
