First of all, the management company was involved and incredible. They addressed our problems fast and efficiently. But there were tons of problems. We stayed for three weeks.
- the beds were lacking. The mb frame squeaks nonstop which kept us up. The actual mattress even made noise. It was absolutely horrible to sleep on. They did bring a foam pad and that did help yet still uncomfortable.
- my son didn’t like the pullouts in the front room so they brought by a rollaway. That was nice of them.
- the hot tub didn’t work the whole time we were there besides the last day, apparently
- the oven didn’t work
- the toilet ran nonstop, then the other bathroom’s chain broke in the toilet. They got it fixed but then the hallway bathroom toilet ran nonstop.
- the blind on the master bedroom doesn’t go up
- the couch is AWFUL. It is made of foam or something.
- the plastic chairs around the dining table are cheap. Our son leaned back a little and the whole thing broke. I’m glad it wasn’t me since I’m a 45 year old woman. He didn’t get hurt in the fall.
- the dishwasher’s top rack fell completely off and we had to clean up for 45 minutes the glass that broke and shattered.
The view is gorgeous though. I loved that. And the kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet.
