The room was very nice. The hotel is in a great location. The only thing I didn’t like is the narrow stair is going up so the room wouldn’t work for everybody.

Positives: Location is perfect, steps away from the heart of town. Love the "Book the Beach" program where they set your chairs and umbrellas up for you at no cost. Occasional free extras, like food trucks on certain nights - we had a taco truck one night while we there, and they offered two free tacos per person. Negatives: Room could use a good update - furniture and bathrooms seemed musty. We are a family of 4 and couldn't find any options for 2 queen beds so we went with a queen + pullout couch which was like sleeping on rocks. The blinds do not shut out any light, you are up with the sun. Other than the occasional food truck or event, there are no other amenities like coffee available, no place to purchase food or drinks. Would have loved a bar by the pool, or even something as simple as a water pitcher. You need to walk into the town for anything unless you brought it yourself.

Cute little area to get away from NYC. The property had everything you needed for a summer weekend. Parking on site. Bedrooms all clean and spacious with extra bedding if needed. Yard was also very big and private. I would stay here again.

The hotel property and beach were very nicer the accommodations were tight for 4 adults. My twins are 18. The sofa bed was old and very uncomfortable. For the price you pay they should have comfortable accommodations for the sofa bed guests.

PROS: Fantastic location - easily walkable to all downtown eateries/bars, shops, and attractions. Very quick check-in which you can begin through an online link they text you in advance. My particular unit (twenty two) was recently renovated and featured stainless steel kitchen appliances, elegant bathroom fixtures, and USB charging ports everywhere. It had an amazing oceanfront view w/ a patio. Also, the a/c’s were very modern with touch sensitive control panels and very quiet operation. CONS: Only two and, again, may only apply to the unit I stayed in. The main one was the mattress was hard as a rock. Not pleasant to sleep on and which was exacerbated by the second issue - the bedroom blinds didn’t do a great job keeping out the light. So, by 7am it was quite bright in the room.
