Externally, a 35sqm garden, partly tiled with Tuscan terracotta bricks, allows you to enjoy the outdoor space ideal for relaxing, great for children or for our dear 4-legged friends.
The apartment is 250m from the Montecatini Centro station, 500m from Piazza del Popolo, the Hippodrome Sesana and the Palaterme, a little more than 1km from the Terme il Terruccio. Completely renovated, part of a beautiful semi-detached house with exposed stone and brick, close to all services, including the supermarket a few meters away. Leave the car outside the house and walk through the streets of the center between bars and shops or by train to Florence, Lucca or Pisa.
