Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive offers 513 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes double sofa beds. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. The staff and amenities were great. The room was very nice and well kept. The beachfront wasn't the best, we went to the Eden side for better and also traveled to a different beach. The restaurant hosts and staff were accommodating and the food was good. The habachi grill was fun and delicious. Bartenders were all amazing. Bands were fabulous and disco dj was fun. Massages were great, loved the hydrotherapy. Concierge staff were nice and membership (timeshare) presentation was fine and worth the time, however, the sales woman that gave the tour clearly showed her disappointment when we gave a firm and final No. Me no wante. She did not say, No problem. Although front desk staff were polite for the most part, checkout become disorganized and chaotic due to a large amount checking in early. The few groups checking out were overlooked, then not given the best service because of the distraction. The bellmen were great. Overall great place for the price. We definitely needed one more full day.

Overall everything was great about this resort with near by calm beach, pool, lazy river, bowling, and more. Food was good with accommodation with vegetarian options. Staff was friendly and always very helpful. Thank you for nice stay.

Our suggestion is to go to this property only if you want to spend your whole day in the pool. There are no other activities and everything is far away. Beach is terrible, full of weeds and slippery rocks. Service is extremely slow, wherein it took 2 hours to check us in. Limited food options at the property, we only liked Martha's market and Sakura. All in all, not a good experience.

The hotel is nice but the customer service is terrible, they give you an attitude as if they didn't want to attend to you, as if they didn't like their work, to be honest I wouldn't come back, but the property is beautiful and the beach is the same, so if you don't mind being treated in a friendly way during your stay the rest is fine

The kid pool & waterpark were awesome. We hung there everyday we stayed around the resort. The entertainment was great as well. Having the family lounge to play games together every night after dinner & bowling was an added bonus. Our major complaint was the food. Restaurant wait for food & service was horrible especially with children. We left 2 restaurants to go to the buffet because our kids fell asleep or the wait was just too long. There could be major improvement in the food department. The coffee shop was great though :)

The property is beautiful and well kept. They always make sure the bathrooms are always clean. People are very friendly. We loved their nightly entertainment. The only con is breakfast. It’s pretty much the same food everyday, with just 2 or 3 variations.

I like that the property the hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly. The food was excellent, and there was a lot of restaurants you could choose from. They even had a sports bar, a hibachi restaurant and Italian restaurant a disco. A coffee shop and more. I would definitely go back there.

Pros - Swimming pool and water park Cons - The property and restaurants looked a bit old. Main issue was with a few male staffs with a dark blue uniform. They just roam around the resort in different areas passing sexual comments and whistling when women walk past them, which is very scary at times. These are the same staffs who come to your room to restock the fridge. They deliberately try to sneak into your room to take a peak inside the room which was highly professional. These guys are part of the room service too. Who knows what kind of creepy stuff they do in the room or even place cameras around if nobody is around. Never going back. Management should intervene before its too late.
