I didn't use the spa. The staff, it didn't matter what their jobs were, were helpful, knowledgeable, my room was beautiful, and clean, and always stock up, so many dining options. This my second time staying, for my bday and the spur of the moment trip a week ago, new year's gala, steel band and all other entertainments were off the chart, love , love both Eden Bay & Coral Springs. Tried to reserve a car from airport. We communicated back and forth several times until it was time to actually book the car, then they completely failed to reply after I sent the flight info Check in was for 3:00 we didn’t get into room until 5:00. Room was wrong. We reserved ocean front and got partial ocean view instead. They told us we would have to sort it out with Expedia (which has also been a complete failure). Romain who took us to our room interrogated us about how we knew each other. Do you live in the same house or different houses Dinner at the French restaurant was good. The door to our room didn’t lock The spa refused service to a woman in a wheelchair Coffee not good. Don’t waste time at Mikes. The Sugar Cane restaurant was terrible food. Also there was a living cockroach at our table Borderline harassment when they texted me multiple times in a row and within just three minutes of me not replying, they called saying they had been trying to get in touch with me (this was the “butler” service which is complete waste of time). Description says privilege guests get a Nespresso but it’s actually a Hamilton beach Mini fridge in room does not get cold ATM was out of order, no other way to break change or get cash for tipping because desk refused.

Everything about the resort was excellent. More than anything the staff gave 100% and two staff in particular stood out. Monique the food and beverage manager and Shashorn from the privilege area by the pool on the Eden side always went over and above to help, and made our stay the best. Also Devon who took us on a tour and also did our transfer back to the airport, was kind, helpful and informative. Would definately return

Food and alcohol quality could be better. Unless you are privileged guest you will fight for poll and beach chairs unfortunately. We were unable to ever sit on the beach as people place their towels on chairs at 5am the property needs more chairs and oversight. Staff tries hard - I am giving the property a chance as I understand hurricane affected everything.

Two months after major hurricane and some staff still not having power or water at their homes they were very appreciative!!! Everyone was super polite, fun and accommodating. We tipped and you could see the appreciation in their smiles. I would definitely return!!!

The people were so friendly and the food, so good! We tried almost all the restaurants in the resort for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You may have a bit of a wait in the Italian restaurant. We had to wait over 15min to be seated during dinner with a reservation! Breakfast was also a wait for the beverages and ran out of items in the buffet. The staff did apologize and were super sweet. The hot tub is cold !!! The pool is frigid! The temperature outside was nice but with the winds cooling down the temp, the pool was freezing. The rooms are nice. We had a swim up pool which was amazing and slightly warmer than the shared pool. Chairs on the beach and pool area are taken quickly, be sure to wake up early ! By 7:30am the beach chairs and umbrellas already were reserved with towels/books/ect. We could not find a chair at the main pool by 12pm and resulted to our swim up pool which we had thank goodness. The lifeguard did attempt to find us more chairs, but in the end no more were found, but i appreciate him for trying. I would stay again
