The resort was beautiful, the view from the rooftop balcony was amazing, and the pool was a showstopper! We had a great vacation at this resort. The negatives included the pushing of a timeshare meeting, a lack of snack food available between meal times, restaurants being closed, and several things not included in the all-inclusive package (requiring credit card charges).

The property was gorgeous and had plenty restaurants and activities! The food was a complete disappointment. I’d prefer more of Jamaica’s culture and cuisine. One or two restaurants with Americanized buffet cuisine is more than enough. I get it, there has to be something familiar but don’t give up the culture!

The property itself was beautiful, from the start the front desk person at the privilege desk was unfriendly and unprofessional, did not get the treatment i expected when i purchasdd the privilege junior swim up suite room thay i did not receive, did not get a free gift that came with the package. Was bugged each day to come sit at a seminar to buy a time share that i told them from day one i was not interested in and the stafff at the restaurants especially the buffets both side were supper rude and unfriendly my list goes on and on.
