I was disappointed with this stay because the property did not match the listing and several advertised amenities were unavailable or not functioning.Upon arrival, I never received the entry code and was unable to reach the host until a staff member contacted him on my behalf. The building elevator was also out of service, which was a major issue since the unit is on the 7th floor. As someone with a medical condition, climbing multiple flights of stairs with luggage was extremely difficult and would have affected my decision to book had it been disclosed beforehand.The listing photos appeared misleading compared to the actual unit, and the advertised pool was closed and in poor condition during my stay. Several amenities either did not work or had issues, including the microwave, hair dryer, TV service due to poor internet, sliding glass door, and various maintenance items throughout the unit. I also noticed dust, cobwebs, and kitchen items that did not appear thoroughly cleaned.While the room itself was decent and had an ocean view, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. The lack of communication, unavailable amenities, maintenance concerns, and discrepancies between the listing and reality made this a disappointing stay. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
