Overall we had a great experience. the food was amazing, the rooms were clean, the beach is beautiful, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was our toilet not flushing; although we reported it several times and it wasn’t repaired, after the fifth visit to customer service we were moved to a new room, which we appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beaches/pools : 5/5 Not much to say, just amazing! One super plus was kids water park that has legit kids pool with several slides. As well as an indoor park that is big with plenty for kids to do. Onsite activities: 4/5 Always something fun going on, seems like they book truly talented acts, plan fun games, and extremely well produced. Staff/customer service: 3.5/5 For the most part, staff are super friendly and helpful. Not consistent though. Other staff were pretty bland or sometimes friendly but would say they would do something and then just not do it. Room: 4/5 The room we booked was clean, very spacious, comfortable stay. Felt like our bed still had some sand on it after we left, and the floor felt sandy at times too after they cleaned. Food: 3/5 Food was pretty inconsistent. Certain dishes such as the jerk chicken, hasbrowns, or ice cream were always a win. But other dishes would be pretty bland . Kind of a hit or miss.

Upon arrival, we were told our rooms weren’t ready when checking in and had to wait about 2 hours. When the room was finally ready, we opened the door to see we were given the wrong room. It was booked for 2 double beds with garden view but only given one. Went to the front desk to correct the situation to be told there wasn’t any more double bedrooms available that day. Instead they could only offer to change my room from garden view on the 3rd floor to a ground floor facing nothing. Front desk employees shrugged their shoulders and told me there was no other option. It was a complete mess and we were not accommodated at all. Also, when the time came for excursions, there was barely any transportation to and from the resort. Prices were made on the spot by drivers if where you wanted to go wasn’t listed or if your party was bigger. Dinner reservations were booked up before we even arrived on the property and we did not get to get a dinner reservation till Sunday even though we had arrived Friday morning. The steakhouse was booked for my parties dinner and had issues once again. The customer service desk told us how to book it for a group just to get to dinner and have our party of 7 at three different tables. A manager came and tried his best to fix the situation but food was late and we were told at the end of our dinner waiting on dessert that we wouldn’t be getting any the kitchen was now closed. The entire stay was issue after issue.

Resort is great, some rooms not updated. Great layout, pools, etc. Beach is beautiful (did have seaweed when we were there) and very calm waves which is good for children. Kids play area and splashpad were also very nice! Staff was amazing and rooms were cleaned daily very well. The à la carte restaurants were not very great and did not offer cocktails. The main buffet was great and had a good variety but often very busy. The biggest issue is the lack of premium liquor and not much to do around the area if you want to leave the resort.

Beautiful, well run resort, beautiful beach, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, plentiful buffet choices, hardworking pleasant staff. Close to many famous sightseeing areas and activities.

Very good overall. Only few downsides: resort was completely full, but staff kept everything flowing smoothly. Original assigned room was notably run down with poor view, but within 2 days were able to exchange for much better room for no charge. Very good room house keeping, and also staff work hard to keep all spaces clean throughout resort. Great beach area, pools, and waterpark. Overall, food is average.
