I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire visit. We had some trouble with the tv tho. I do not know if was only remote or the actual TV. It was hard to change channels.

The key that was given to me didn’t work. It took me several times to get assistance for them to figure out what was wrong. The room was dirty with trash. The restroom was dirty. I was given a dirty room and the staff didn’t do anything about it.

They canceled my room. I had to pay double somewhere else last minute. This is terrible. I was driving from Southern Cal to Northern Cal and I had nowhere to go! This should never happen.

Found black mold along the wall of the tub bed frames were stained talk to the front desk about my concerns and he was gonna work something out for inconvenience just to find out later on that they were gonna honor what the man told us just not very much on same page with there employees and the tub every time showered would fill up half way with water stuck not draining and mold along the bath tub will never stay here again very misleading and don’t seem to care what we have to say only pro was the location right by the beach

Room security lock was broken, walls were dirty, TV had no signal, and the room floor was not clean. I stayed two nights. There was no sign to say do not disturb because I really didn’t want anyone entering my room. Room was entered (no big deal). The towels were replaced but the bed was not made or cleaned. Just thought this was weird. Price was great.

I liked the location of this hotel because I could walk to the beach, but I didn't have any hot water in my room. I tried different times of the day, but I couldn't get a warm shower. I spoke to someone at the front desk the next morning because I still had one more night, and she said I couldn't switch rooms. When I checked out they said they would contact the manager, but I never heard back. I also messaged the property through Expedia, but I never heard back. I wouldn't stay at this property again based on the lack of response. I would choose a nearby motel.

So many excuses from this staff. Our room floodedand we were moved to another room. The rooms were dirty and had spiders. No shampoo or conditioner and the iron was broken and they wouldn't replace. Joke of a hotel.
