Room was very nice and appeared clean. There was an odor (from cleaning agent ?) that took a day or so to minimize. It was a beautiful but unusually warm day when I arrived. I turned on the ceiling fan that night …it is time to replace it! Otherwise, great location and a good stay.

The room and areas in the Inn we visited were all very clean. The outside was magnificently kept with beautiful flowers, shrubs and gazebo? We had a balcony that overlooked the beautiful area and you could see and walk to the sea ⛵ and beach. It was in walking distance of shops, dining, wine tasting, drinking, Grocery store and more. The room has a fireplace You do not need air conditioner because of the cool temperatures. It is a great place to just take in the scenery!!

Mike at the front desk was so helpful. Beautiful property with an ocean view and balcony had a very good price. The breakfast was delicious and the location is very walkable and beautiful Carmel by the sea.

The room was clean. Much more spacious than the images online. There was a good size table with two chairs, two nightstands, each with two outlets attached to the lamp. Fluffy pillows, tall comfy bed, fireplace which we used, and clean bathroom. Walls are a bit thin as we could hear the bath shower sounds of the next room which are behind the wall where our bed is located.

Front desk staff was friendly. Location is great. Room is clean. Room could use an update as the color is old. Hot water in shower was affected by others using theirs. Temp and flow changed several times in a few minutes.

Older hotel with nice upgrades but poor insulation. I recommend getting an upper unit with no one above you. Good location and comfy bed and nice updated bathroom.
