Great staff, sweetest front desk people at check in and check out. Room was SPOTLESS- i mean so very clean. Quiet and breakfast staff and food all so kind and food freshly prepared, whole experience was wonderful. Will stay there again. Loved it!

We received calls to our room from the receptionist that the people staying below us had called the front desk complaining about bumping noises on the floor and it was disturbing them. The receptionist was rude and asked if I had young children that I could keep quiet and keep from running around the room as to not disturb other guests. The smoke detectors on Friday night kept going off in other rooms. Terrible night sleep. Definitely not the fault of the hotel. The desk clerk said if patron smokes in the room the alarm will sound.
