Ideal location along Cannery Row. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We dined twice at Schooners—once for lunch and once for dinner. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The outdoor setting was very comfortable. I recommend upgrading to a water view room. There is no sense staying in such a beautiful spot and having a view of a parking lot or Cannery Row. We paid to upgrade to a bay view room and had zero regrets for doing so.

The service was great especially the bell hop and the fellows taking care of the cars Everyone was pleasant I did not get the rooms I ordered They were suppose to be adjoining rooms and so they put us across the street so we could be on the same floor and it was noise with traffic and the early morning set up at the front of the hotel and the balcony I paid for was so small that you really could not use it We felt we didn’t get the ambience that we would have felt if we stayed in the main hotel The food was very good at the hotel I was still charged for the room with the larger balcony

Beautiful place to stay full of comfortable, welcoming amenities. Valet was quick to park car, check-in took 1 minute and our room boasts a Nespresso machine AND an electric kettle. Deep tub for soaking! Just the comforts we needed after a long drive.

To not have a guest computer is outrageous. My husbands wallet with money!!, credit cards, ss card, memberships.... I needed a computer to stop cards and print items and access my files. We're 80 and traveling by public transport. Room was lovely, small restaurant had good food but few choices for vegetarian or vegan.

Room was beautiful and well maintained by housekeeping staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Easy access to Cannery Row and other parts of Monterey Peninsula.
