Nice comfortable property. Beautiful main area. I was not happy that they started blowing off the outdoor courtyard at 8 am on Sat morning. We were there to relax and sleep in.

Clean rooms. Fisherman's wharf 5 min walk. Lots of restaurant options. Must try the Revival Ice Cream shop. Best ice cream I've ever had! Bees Knees flavor...So unique! Hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant also great. Hotel is pet friendly, so next time we will consider bringing our dog. I think its a $75 pet charge.

Staff was accommodating and pleasant when a charge issue came up. I enjoy this property and it's location. But...I miss old fashioned elevators with a physical call button and floor choices inside. My only complaint being about updated elevators kinda says a lot though.

Our room was substandard for $700 per night. One side was missing the bedside wall lamp. The nob to adjust ambient lighting brightness was loose. Our room had one small window, so the natural light in the room was terrible. The pillows were lumpy and I asked for feather pillows but they did not have. The steam bath in the spa was not working. The one bright spot was the friendliness of all the staff. Mario was great greeting us, helping with luggage and sending us off. Dining and check-in staff were also great.

Great location but not very sound proof. You can see light from the hallway coming through the cracks of the door and if you are close to the elevator or someone is talking outside of your door its sounds like they are in your room. They also don't have slippers.

⸻ This was our first time staying at this hotel, and my family (with my boys) loved it so much! The location is perfect and very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spotless — cleanliness is a must for me, and this place definitely delivered. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Special shoutout to our waitress, Plu he was super friendly and gave us excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back
