Estuve una semana en el hotel. La recepción muy bien, pero el uso del estacionamiento no esta muy claro. El desayuno en el hotel deja mucho que desear. Por ese precio, al menos deberían de ofrecer alguna calidad de alimentos comestible. Pagué 1,300 pesos por 2 personas, y solo había huevo, fruta verde, pan, jugo echado a perder y café de colador. Pésimo. En una ocasión, iba saliendo de bañarme cuando una empleada del hotel nos abrió la puerta sin tocar, suerte que teníamos seguro extra puesto. Después, un empleado nos interrogó al momento de ir al estacionamiento, dudando se que fuéramos huéspedes. ¿No puedo ir por mi carro? Hubo otras cosas que me desagradaron, pero estas en especial hicieron mi estancia algo desagradable. Le doy 3 estrellas porque es la cuarta vez que me quedo en el hotel, y veces anteriores no fueron tan malas como esta.

Clean room but dated. Lobby is beautiful and great for pics with the grand staircase, but rooms could use remodeling. Location is near lots of restaurants and shopping but also means lots of traffic and noise. Also, if you are on the 3rd or 4th floor and the hotel is being rented for an event with music (like a wedding), you will hear and feel the music in your room until after 1am!

1. Beds were uncomfortable (Everyone complained). 2. Limited dining options, and wait staff was not attentive. 3. Food Service for Corporate Meeting was too short (timewise). Drinks options were limited. Front Desk Staff could not have been nicer.
