The pools were beautiful as was the view of the volcano from our room. The staff were all so kind & friendly. Tony Castro, one of the waiters was exceptional as well as Byron at the front entrance.

The perfect place to stay. We could not have been happier been our choice to stay at the Springs. The staff was all very friendly and attentive, facilities were very well maintained, clean and exceeded our expectations. The activities onsite with Club Rio were all 5star and the off site activities we easily booked through the concierge blew us away. Truly happy with our decision to stay at the Springs. We drove past other places like Baldi and Tabacon and we were so happy we were at the Springs instead!

The staff was very nice and amazing. The resort is absolutely beautiful with a lot of activities to do. All the food we tried was delicious and the best thing about the stay was the massage we received at the spa. Best ever.
