The house is surrounded by a park of 4 hectares where there is a beautiful swimming pool to be shared with the other two villas of the complex. It also has a large equipped porch for outdoor dining with beautiful view of the surrounding plain to the sea, barbecue. 1 km Monteverdi Marittimo with all kinds of shops. 15 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto on the Etruscan Coast, 40 km Cecina, 40 km from the ancient Etruscan city of Volterra.
