Concerned

AC smelled and sounded like a plastic bag was stuck in it. No soap on counter in bathroom, had to use th pump in shower, no convenient. Ask at desk no help, asked a maid, got a bar of soap. Shower head misaligned. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, through renovation and noise , but this time concerns me to stay again!
