Escape to this beautifully updated and appointed townhome in Walden on Lake Conroe, with direct access to the calm water cove from your back door. Our waterfront townhome has been remodeled to provide every convenience with luxury comforts. Park your boat right outside, enjoy a swim, paddle or kayak, or relax with friends and family on the back patio or upper deck. Just minutes from the yacht club, marina, tennis facilities and fitness center.

Guest Access:
Park two vehicles in the driveway for direct access to the home. Additional parking is available on the street or in the townhome parking areas.

Our back yard is our own lot, however we are not fenced from neighbors. People may walk across the lawn near the water, and you will not have complete privacy when outside.

The bulkhead directly in front of our townhome is ours, and you may park your boat there.

Other Things to Note:
On occasion, groups of neighbors will gather on the lawn. This can continue quite late, and they sometimes get a bit loud. Sound machines are provided for our guests in each bedroom.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Lake Conroe. Features include a gym and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Your VRBO became our home away from home for 6 weeks. The property was absolutely perfect! It was stocked with everything you would need for a long term stay. It is furnished/decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We loved getting to know the neighbors and exploring the area. I will truly miss sitting out back every morning and evening. It is so relaxing and laid back. The owner was very attentive and responsive. I can not recommend this property enough!!

Great place for a big family

The house was clean and beautiful. The guest parking area so close was very handy. The A/C was great which is a big deal for me. We were out of the unit most of the time for a wedding, but we would love to return to enjoy the lake, and the area.

Great place in a great lication

We had five adults staying here over Easter to see some local family members. The townhouse space is generous, the room arrangement was great and the location on the lake was really lovely. Updated kitchen and baths added to an overall excellent vibe!! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again myself one day soon.
