In town for a wedding.

We were in town for a wedding. Lovely property. The weather did not cooperate so we didn't get to use the pool and spa. It's a lovely location on the lake. Ski and boat slips were available. The owner was easy to work with and communicated frequently in the app. The neighbor was a little loud early in the morning but hopefully that is just while he is working on his dock. Would love to come back when the weather is better so we can explore the lake.

THSBA State Championship trip of a lifetime

This home was an absolute gem! The views were breathtaking, the pool was perfect, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. The location is great for whatever you what to do. We came down for the THSBA state championship. The fishing was great and the boat dock and lift came in clutch for this 2 day tournament. Richard was an exceptional host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a fantastic stay!

The house worked out so well for 12 men golfers from Louisiana who love to cook. The accomidations worked out great and the outdoor area was very inviting. The host Richard was spot on in answering questions and suggestions. Coffee maker broke and within an hour of letting him know a new one showed up at the front door.

Exceptional Home With Amazing Lake Views

Highly recommend this property. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay & loved the lakeview & beautiful sunrises. The lovely home was large enough to comfortably handle our group (6 adults 4 children). We were greeted with a nice welcome basket & the home is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Outside activities were plenty with a nice sized pool & hot tub. The boat lift worked great to accommodate our boat & the fishing around the dock was really good. The host provided detailed information on area activities & how to manage home appliances. All questions we asked were answered promptly which is important to us. Hope this home will be available when we schedule our future family vacation.

Fantastic lake house

Outstanding house with beautiful view of the lake. We brought our boat so it was great to use the boat slip. The boat launch was right around the corner from the house. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. My son caught a number of catfish which made his day. We’ll be back in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had extended family visiting together and we had plenty of room for 12 people. The host was incredibly helpful with all my questions ahead of time and with the us having our boat there. The home was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The triple bunks are best for kids. The Best!!!

My family and I stayed here over the long weekend. First of all, the home looked amazing inside and out. Master bed/bath were HUGE! The two rooms on either ends of the upstairs had fantastic views! The rooms with bunk beds were a treat for all the kiddos. Bathrooms were super clean and large. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. It was freezing cold so we didn’t get to use the pool, but it was crystal clear and beautiful. We did get to use the big hot tub though. Perfect for the cold weather! Richard was a wonderful host! He was attentive, kind, and replied to any messages we sent quickly. The gift basket with goodies for making smores over the fire pit was a BIG win with the kiddos
 and me. 😁 If you’re looking for a house with a pool, hot tub, and access to a lake, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Can’t imagine even looking for another house in Conroe.

We were all very happy with our stay. The owner was great to communicate with. I really enjoyed the guest book provided with all the information we needed on the house and the area. The extra towels that were provided for the pool were such a great touch. The pool table, ping pong and board games were a hit! There were plenty of indoor towels, soap and other touches provided. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐2nd time staying at this property. The house is beautiful and accommodates many. Couldn’t ask for anything more with everything at your fingertips (fishing on the lake, pool and jacuzzi access, cooking out on the patio) games, table tennis and pool table. Grocery stores were near! Fun for all age groups to enjoy! 2 washer/dryer/refrigerator was a plus with fully stocked kitchen appliances! My guest and I def enjoyed our stay! Outstanding Property For Families!

We spent the 4th of July here at this beautiful home and also celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday with family. This is by far the best home we have personally stayed at while at Lake Conroe! Having the pool is a huge plus, as well as the beautiful lake view, and we also enjoyed seeing all the fireworks displays. The home is very well set up with everything you could need. Bedding very comfortable, plenty of soft fluffy towels for bath and pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
