The room smelled of very strong deodorizer that was very distasteful. There was no Hot water to shower after our long travels and when we reported this to the clerk on front desk he seemed unconcerned and made some reference to the pipes which we did not fully understand as his English was not good.

There was a blood stain on my sheets. They dealt with it but it wasnt great to see. Not enough towels in the bathroom. The bathroom fan wouldnt work so that also wasnt great. Overall its a more expensive hotel and yes the atrium is nice but the rooms werent that clean and its obviously older with things that didnt work correctly.

Absolutely welcoming staff. Felt like we were most welcome guests. The pools and aviary are special. The balls and the life vests for littles show they care. And the restaurant is awsome. We loved everything we ate but all agreed the fisherman's luck was not to be missed. Hopefully we'll get to come back again.
