Where should I start.. the parking lot is pure mud due to construction. A man was yelling in his room all night across the hall. A car alarm was going off outside the window from 4am until we left for our flight. I did not sleep for a single minute. Worst sleep I’ve ever had. I had to spend time during my vacation to catch up on sleep because of it. TERRIBLE. Felt like I was in a ghetto motel in Detroit. Only thing missing were gunshots.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were kind and helpful. The shower was low and the towels were very thin and there was no soap for the shower area. The room however was clean and spacious. Great location in terms of eateries and the mall!

I booked this hotel under the pretense that it would have a complementary breakfast and transportation to and from the airport it turns out it does not which left me and my family out with an extra hundred dollars for food and transportation
