The room is beautiful with a good design and spacious however the room service is astonishingly poor. I can accept they change the sheets and towels every other day but they just take the tips without making the bed or emptying the trash cans.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist, Harold was incredible. The room is okay nothing to brag about, the washroom was dirty found lots of hair on the floor; however, given the staff was very friendly all shortfalls can be looked past.

Overall, good value. Pros: spacious room, clean, comfy bed and pillows, quiet, friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, plenty of hot water, affordable. They also have a restaurant on site (prices seemed reasonable) but we opted to eat our so i cannot say whether the food is good or not. Restaurant does close at 9pm. Cons: Location (with traffic 30-40 minutes from downtown and Old Montreal), bathroom was very small, stand up shower was half enclosed so the bathroom floor gets pretty wet and slippery, limited parking and no handicapped parking(though we did have parking), gym was lacking. Even though I really liked the hotel and value, next time I would stay near Old Montreal.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Front desk staff is really nice. Only 2 complaints is that When we stayed, whenever we came back into the room it had a weird, wet smell. Also, area might not be the safest as in the parking lot there was broken glass so not sure if cars were getting broken into... Overall 3.5 stars

Place was good but they didn’t have breakfast. In expedia it says it has breakfast but they didn’t gave anything in hotel. The sink was overflowing. Ac was making a lot of noises.
