Great room&breakfast! Needs more accessible rooms.

Super friendly staff, everywhere from checking in/out to breakfast in the morning. Room was spacious and suited our family of four very well. Breakfast was varied and included both healthy options and decadent - cold cuts and cheeses, fruit and berries, oatmeal and kid-approved donuts :) We can’t fault our stay at the Doubletree, apart from maybe making the entrance to the hotel more obvious, especially with the ongoing work outside. The side one looks like it’s for the restarant only and the one inside Complexe Desjardins isn’t easy to find, especially if you’ve never been there before. Apart from that, the one thing I’d love the hotel to improve is having more wheelchair-accessible rooms. With only three in such a large hotel they fill up well in advance and in our case prevented part of the extended family from joining us at the hotel. The room type we had could so easily be made accessible - with grab rails and a wider entrance into the bathroom.

Montreal is an easily walkable city. The hotel is centrally located. The staff is incredibly friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The parking is a bit bonkers but that's what happens with a lot underneath two buildings.

Lovely hotel right above a mall. Many dining options inside and directly outside of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was always very busy as it appears to be a popular hotel, so it was a long wait down to the pool and back. Also, even with valet parking, cars are not safe from vandals. Valet left the doors of our vehicle unlocked so it was broken into and the vandals broke our glovebox. We don’t leave valuables so nothing we stolen, but we ended up with a costly repair. The valet is not part of the hotel, but it would be nice if there was a warning posted somewhere about vandals. We stayed during winter break and would love to return again in the warmer months to really enjoy the city.

Great time at the jazz festival!!

Our 3-day stay was fantastic. The hotel was clean, and staff were excellent. We travelled to Montreal to attend the jazz festival. The hotel is located right in the center of the action, I would highly recommend.
