I will start with what was okay: (1) the location is very convenient for visiting old town and close to public transportation; and (2) the apartment is somewhat as depicted in the pictures. Now the reasons I did not spend a single night of my three booked nights: (1) the building is filthy. Upon entry I was met with straight up dilapidation and grime; (2) the smell of cooking grease inside the apartment was so bad that I could not imagine unpacking my clothes, much less sleeping there. No way to get relief from the smell since the only windows open up to the likely source - the pub below; and (3) this would not have been a deal breaker but is worth mentioning that the apartment is in no way luxe, and lacks even the cute touches (books, flowers, blankets, etc.) shown in the pictures. The t.v. is smaller and the washer/dryer is coin operated in a dismall basement through the aforementioned grimey building. I opted to rent another apartment rather than spend a single night in this place. Others may think it acceptable. I did not. I found another place right around the corner in a much cleaner building with much better amenities for less money. Also noteworthy, the host did not offer even a partial refund when I raised issues and vacated the same evening I checked in (I stored my bags there for about an hour while I went in search of acceptable accommodations). My advice to others is to avoid this disappointment.
