The bar was closed. for two days, (Sunday,Monday). My girlfriends and I wanted an afternoon drink there was nothing available. There restaurant was closed from brunch to lunch and we couldn't get a table. We wanted a small snack and there was nothing available. When you are traveling there needs to be something open t all times for guests to eat and drink. The staff at the restaurant we not very accommodating nor polite for stranded guests. We ended up getting drinks for ourselves and taking them into their store for a quick lunch beverage. No where to sit other than going up to our rooms and drinking on our beds. Traveler's need access to food and drink at all times This hotel with its lovely name is becoming a second rate hotel. Rooms were very dated. It made me think they were finical trouble. Won't stay there again.

Our stay was supposed to help us relax. It started off well — the hotel was nice — but then we could never get a clear answer from the front office. For example, the bottle of champagne in the room didn’t have a price, and it took us 15 minutes on the phone for someone to tell us they didn’t know. The coffee machine also started leaking from the bottom, so we couldn’t make any coffee. We had paid for a view, but instead we got a wall. Overall, we honestly expected more.

What an over priced stay. It was worth the $400 a night charge. The front desk girl kept responding to me in French. The fridge in the room is fully stocked so you can even put in your own bottle of water. The iron in the room burnt my dress jacket, how about getting streamers? And there isn’t any streaming services on the TV. I won’t be returning.
