A very peculiar hotel, but a good stay I suppose! Credit card was authorized 5 days before arrival, which is fine, but not something I'm used to, usually the card is authorized the day of arrival, and no shows are billed to the credit card on file, I suspect the hotel has trust issues with credit cards not being valid! Do visit the front desk when checking out, perhaps it was bad luck, but I was charged someone else's breakfast, which was refunded! sadly my credit card now has nearly 600$ of various authorizations and refunds for a 1 night stay..... Otherwise clean hotel, nothing to complain about, the parking is awesome, and the ability to go from garage to floor is fantastic, staff are helpful and courteous.

Amazing Hotel

I'm from Toronto, this hotel is very clean and modern hotel, reception area is so beautiful, free breakfast is included with healthy food choices, room service is very good, bed is so comfortable and cozy, we have stayed in different hotels in Ontario and Quebec for our summer vacations in the past years but according to my family this is the best, had an excellent stay!!!!

The area was nice and the hotel was very modern, however there was a major dust problem, upon arriving there was a layer of dust on every surface. The breakfast selection was very limited only offering some cereals, toast and jams. There was good access to public transport.

We had a nice stay. Service was great and the room was spacious. The beds were too firm for us but ok for my daughter. The room was also too dark with blk ceilings, walls and curtains. The location was great for us.

A lot of people said that this hotel was terrible and I won’t say it’s great but it’s not awful either. It’s pretty dusty and hard to breathe in the rooms. They don’t clean the rooms so staying more than one night would be pretty awful. The rooms are luxurious and the building itself looks nice until you realize you gotta pay 17$ a night for parking and the rooms don’t even get cleaned.

Horrible stay as we were placed in a room directly above the Sofia restaurant, which turned into a club until 1 a.m. It was impossible to sleep until that time. The hotel was at 50% capacity, and it was "impossible" to change room.
