The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel has beautiful rooms and comfy firm beds and amazing shower pressure!! The daily continental breakfast delivered to room was wonderful. I will alway stay at this hotel when I visit Montreal. The walking access to many delicious restaurants was a plus!

Clean room, on the small side but comfy bed. We had a terrasse/balcony access but unfortunately it was raining. This makes the space so much more enjoyable in the summer. Bathroom was nice and well equipped. We loved the included breakfast delivered to our door. Staff was exceptional and so friendly. The location of this hotel cant be beaten if you're visiting the Old Port. Walking distance to all the best restaurant (Le Garde Manger is litteraly 1 minutes away) and bars. You can walk anywhere from here.

Impressive lobby — greeted with sparking apple juice in a fluted glass. Love the very close-by parking with 24-hour manned security. The onsite restaurant is phenomenal. We had the tasting menu and it was marvelous.

The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from historic sites, yet the hotel itself remained wonderfully quiet, which was exactly what we wanted. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the staff, especially Monsieur Luc. He was attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful, offering excellent tips that helped us make the most of our French-Canadian experience. Monsieur Martin was also very thoughtful and kindly prepared a packed breakfast for our early flight. We would most definitely stay there again!

Staff are wonderful - exceptional, friendly, professional and responsive service from everyone at front desk, housekeeping and restaurant team. Room was pleasant and quiet, and very clean. Convenient location for touring Old Montreal or downtown. The street that the hotel is on is a bit grungy - piles of loose garbage close to the hotel (too bad local property owners aren't taking care of that)- but it didn't feel unsafe during my daytime walks around Old Montreal. Had two delicious dinners at the restaurant, with fabulous service.
