Unique: a lot of hotel's parking lots around the building. All those places are free. Huge advantage comparing with "street" parking in Montreal. Specifics: This is not walkable place, you need to use transportation, preferably your personal.

The front desk person told us that maids don’t clean the rooms till the 3rd day of the stay. Meanwhile upon check in, we were told cleaning would be every second day. Guy was ignorant, combative, and demeaning. We will never stay here again nor will we recommend this place to anybody.

The hotel overall was good, but the room was just okay. The breakfast was excellent, and the bathroom was very clean. However, the towel was torn, and the furniture was stained. I'm quite surprised, as I expected a much better experience based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed.
