Always a pleasure to return to le Dauphin

Nicely located. Bed very comfortable, Apple computer in the room is a nice touch. Modern decor and fully equipped room ( little fridge, coffee machine, iron board, desk, sofa). And the central AC is quiet!!

Everything about this hotel was great, so I’ve given it a 5-star rating. I do have a few suggestions, though. The toilet size was smaller than normal, and I think it would be better if they replaced it with a larger one. Additionally, parking requires a card for entrance, but not for exit. This isn’t very safe because anyone without access can drive out of the car.

I had the most pleasant stay at this hotel. The best part of my experience was the hotel staff, Océane and both Gabrielles! They were extremely professional and patient with me my entire stay, they made me feel most welcomed. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, Tim Horton’s and a grocery store. My room was spacious and included a full length mirror, upgraded bathroom, cozy bed, huge dining area, a desktop, tv and great WiFi! I was quite impressed. The rest of the staff were great, too! There was a sweet cleaning lady that greeted me every morning. Getting to downtown was convenient via the train and by Uber via the nearby bridge. If I were to stay in Montreal again I would gladly stay at this wonderful hotel again. 20/10! Love it!

We had a wonderful stay here last month. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room service ensured the beds were made daily and clean towels given everyday. The breakfast was also decent given the price point - there were enough choices to get the day started. The room coffee maker is not good, but the lobby has a nice espresso machine available to everyone 24/7. The facilities provide free parking for guests...this may not be so common for hotels closer to downtown montreal. Location wise this is actually great! You are only a 10 to 15mins drive from old montreal. Highways are accessed easily as well. The service was wonderful! Not only did they recommend some excellent local restaurants, but the day we were leaving my wife left her airpods under the bed pillow. They called us within 15mins after we left to inform us. Any later it would've been tough to turn back to pick it up.
