Condition was disappointing. The bathroom was ok but shower was small and mold was evident in grout lines. A bit of rubbing showed it could be removed. Even though paid in advance through expedia i still had to pay a $150 security deposit at checkin that would take 3 business days to get reimbursed! Bedding was ok.

Bedsheet wasn't clean, lot of hair everywhere in bed and bathroom reception guy wasn't really interested in dealing with customer , not the kind that should face customer same thing for the guy next morning to get the deposit back , he never ask you to insert card of if transaction is done , just go silent and for you to ask . i always stay in this hotel but was bad experience this time

Rooms were clean, spacious and good. Convenient location near the highway and 15mins away from the Botanical Garden. Area is quiet and staff were helpful. There is breakfast available but since they have a kitchenette we cooked our own breakfast. Still $13 for a breakfast was not so bad. Would book here again when we comeback and visit Montreal. For the price, everything as great. Value for money.
