The room was a good size with king bed. Large closet. Bath tub kind of slippery. TV was not working. Quite place. Lots of dinning options in the area. 30 min from Old Montreal. Near Botanical gardens and Olympic Stadium. Pet friendly. Clean.

Checked into the room and noticed several issues: • The room and bathroom were not clean • The bed was comfortable but bedsheets have not been properly cleaned, you could see hair everywhere on bedding and even on floor • The corridor and entryway had an unpleasant smell Tried calling this hotel several times in the afternoon, no one was answering the calls.

Terrible The washrooms in the property had fungus in bath tubs and never been cleaned for years There is a bar at property and people making noises at night . Property is not good for a family to stay One of my friends car was damaged while parked at property The girl at checkout either did not know English or was pretending not to speak English. We took 2 rooms and was charged $ 300 deposit for both rooms At checkout the girl only refunded $150 for one room the we have to come back to hotel to get other $ 150 refunded Be careful Don’t recommend this place to stay

Hôtel was close to the highway which was convenient for the way we were travelling. Rooms weren’t the most clean, bedding had stains, as well as the walls and floors. Each room was only provided 2 towels, no facecloths or hand towels. Staff were extremely friendly.

The kitchen was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The motel’s location was also great—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. In addition, the dining area at the motel was a pleasant surprise. The food was affordable, delicious and well-prepared.

No lights around the bed so the room is quite dark where you sleep. Property building is very old and not like the picture. Place is dirty and carpet is old and smelly. Kitchen is as shown in pics but we didn’t know we have to ask for pans, pots, everything from front desk until we check out. Service desk didn’t mention it when check-in so we thought they were not providing. Far from city / downtown not recommended. We booked this for the kitchen but the extra money does not worth it for the place and service.

This is more close to a Motel than a Hotel. Building, fixtures, washroom, furniture all old and need upgrade. Bed sheets and towels are old, worn and can’t make out if they are washed. Won’t be going there again although the front desk is pretty polite. It’s the facility that’s kind of getting old and work without upgrade or repair.

With the understanding that this is a considerably affordable hotel in Montreal, there are way too many issues with this hotel. It was manageable as our stay was brief. It smelled of cigarettes every single day. Nothing was wiped down or dusted. The shower was covered in pink and spots of black mold. There aren’t enough towels. We had an iron board but no iron. My parents had a broken iron but no iron board. It honestly could be a lot better if they applied their services to some basic cleaning. It’s such a shame because it’s a fairly good area! The staff is friendly but very very slow service. Learned our lesson and will not be returning to such a hotel and def worth saving up and spending your money elsewhere.
