Quiet and clean. Friendly service. But my two bedroom suite with three bathrooms has only one bath shower working. All my families have to use the only one bath shower everyday. I will choose omni next time but I hope the bath can be fixed soon.

My family had two rooms which were spacious. But they were not equipped with supplies for all the occupants. We had to request them. Basics like shower gel and glasses were missing. Drainage in the bath tub was poor and it took ages for the water to clear.

Room and hotel incredibly beat up. Needed an update 10 years ago and still haven't gotten one. Small beds. Musty, stale smell in the room. Old bathroom. Staff were nice but with what they had to work with, there's not much they could do. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel - it was way worse than a 3 star. Giving 2 stars because the staff were good, but will never stay here again.

I don’t understand why this hotel is getting five-star reviews for cleanliness. It was reasonably clean, but that’s the bare minimum you’d expect—nothing to rave about. The real problem was the terrible customer service. When we arrived, we found out the pool and Jacuzzi were closed, even though they were advertised on the website. That was one of the main reasons we booked this place. When I asked to cancel the second night and just stay one night, they refused. Instead of offering any real solution, the staff told me, “We can only send you to the public pool.” That kind of response shows a total lack of customer service or care. The rooms were just okay—not bad, but not great either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It's not worth the trouble. Not even one star

Lovely and classy hotel. We stayed 3 nights and found the staff to be very courteous and helpful when needed. We found the bed to be very, very comfortable. The shower was nice and strong, perhaps a little too much so, as my husband found the water had escaped the curtain and wer the bathroom floor. We had ample, soft towels, so we could remedy that. (I did not have the same issue.)

Staff was friendly, except for the parking concierge and the general manager who said that “if we don’t like that there is no pool as advertised, then we can go elsewhere”. The cleaning crew never vacuumed the room.

The shower did not work, it absolutely did not move, you could not turn it on. A nice young man from the hotel cam and looked and confirmed. Very nice lady at reception gave me a discount, but really.... How was the shower cleaned if it did not turn on? I expect to be able to take a shower....
