The carpet to one of our rooms was all frayed. There was tape on the walls like someone hung something up and the cleaners never removed it. The front desk person and the Valette were amazingly kind and helpful!!

I would describe this hotel as “faded glory” . While the hotel was clean and well located, rooms were somewhat dated . The pool and hot tub have not been working apparently for a long time .

The staff were excellent, both at check-in and recognizing the event I was celebrating in Montreal! They really made our trip feel special from the start. The cocktails in Bar Alice (in the lobby) were watered down, as is common in many bars/restaurants. Breakfast food was very good, although the restaurant is tucked away with no windows or view. The lobby bar is more attractive.

Stayed one night with my son at the Omni. We wanted a location close to Saint Catherine Street and this fit the bill. What’s stood out to me about our stay was the staff and service. They really went out of their way. I did find the rooms to be slightly dated, especially the bathrooms. This was a deal through Expedia so maybe I was in a un-renovated room? Fine for one night and a great day in general.
