Was not satisfied at all. Any requests We had took forever. Breakfast buffet was horrible. No food had to wait . When the food came it was cold. Not worth the price at all. There was construction noice that woke us up at 8am . Horrible experience will not return and certainly not recommend to family and friends.

There is a constantly noise coming from the ceiling, they offer us a room at 2nd floor. Which has literally no view at all, it is under a bridge. And then, because of the noise, it took us 2 hours to fell asleep. We r very tired rn, the staff not giving us any solution, they say no room is available, or even try to fix it. She only said that she will leave a note to the manager . While there is no other feedbacks, even when we leave

I must say the location is perfect, close to old Montreal, staff is helpful and pub in the hotel is good. Support staff keeps the room tidy. My one BIG disappointment is that the roof top pool is closed during our stay. This was our 25 year anniversary trip. When I booked and leading up to my trip I looked multiple time to make sure all was good, no mention of this situation. If I decide to book here again I am calling Before the date to cancel. I wish Expedia let us know it was unavailable.

well was trying to enjoy the pool but was advised it was closed. A taxi driver dropped us off at a door where i needed a key card to get in. and then the lady at the Gym pointed the direction to the hotel. I had walked by an elevator to take me up to reception and no signage to direct me to upper level to the hotel lobby. Uber Drivers could not find the valet pick up point. I thought my breakfast complimentary with my stay only to find out a 30 buffet for one with a 15% off. we had dinner there the first night it was good but waiter kept forgetting things or missing things or having to re ask us.

The room and property were lovely, especially the pool area. One of the staff at the pool bar was unprofessional, had body odour and was not pleasant to speak with.
