The pillow on the window-side bed is too soft and really strains my neck.Plus, the blanket was super thin—just three sheets. It was so cold I caught a cold right away.Moreover, the headboard of that bed was sagging.However, the front desk staff and the male housekeeping staff were very pleasant.
