Just overall - POOR. Do not disturb sign on the door - they still went in my room. Restaurant closed, but no coffee throughout the day? Front desk could not direct me to parking. I asked for a small trash bag or laundry bag, they did not know where to find one. Would not stay here again, with other hotels so close by for about the same price.

Pool closure

We specifically chose this hotel to use the heated pool during our April break. It was closed as it was not running properly. If management had known about this, they should've let guests know ahead of time so that we could've found a different place to stay.

Room was beautiful, and location was excellent. That being said, had to wait an hour and a half to check in due to a long lineup and not enough staff. Pool was broken. Elevator was broken. Restaurant and bar were closed indefinitely. Staff seemed stressed.
