Great location

The building itself is dated but has been lovingly renovated for a safe comfortable stay. We attended the Montreal International Jazz Fest and easily walked to the site daily. We also used Uber to other destinations ie Old Montreal and the Port, the Island, Jean Talon, and it was affordable.

The room was very well kept, the hosts were very communicative and accommodating and was in a fantastic location to access hotspots around Montreal. All amenities worked well, kitchen had enough space to comfortably cook and overall was an excellent experience.

Beautiful (but needs some maintenance!)

This is such a gem of an apartment! Great location and lovely decor. However there is a need for some maintenance- cold air comes into the room through the radiator, water fixtures are falling apart a little bit, etc
 nothing a little repair can’t fix!

Goldilocks is finally happy

I've been trying to find a place to stay when I come with my frequent trips to Montreal. This spot ticks all the boxes and I know I'll be back. Clean and updated, close to the subway and buslines as well as being in a walkable area. I walked McGill campus, hung out in the underground city, walked to art galleries and exhibits, and subwayed around with my daughter eating Salvadoran food and digging around in used bookstores. Really nice hosts.

I nice Apartment to be in the City

The Apartment building was alright. Felt a little rough and had a lot homelessness, but that might be more of the city itself. The room was nice, to rest my head. Bad view of an alley, but good kitchen essentials and smart use of a small space. Bathroom was alright. Shower kinda sprays everywhere, but overall it was worth it to be in the center of Montreal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Room 99. The apartment is small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts are fantastic- they answered all of our questions and were sure to check on us during our stay. We’d stay there again if we go back to Montreal.

Great Stay!

We had a really nice experience at this place. Good location, close to the bus and the metro stop. Apartment was clean and orderly, the kitchen had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure. No complaints!

Just the perfect little flat

I pulled up to the building and the access to tjei by was duper easy .. I made my way to the flat and did a self check in which is super convenient .The flat is just the perfect size for one person and very conveniently loacated in the heart of downtown.The vommunication with the host was amazing and always responded very quickly.

The apartment itself is super cute! Loose floorboards and tiles here and there, and the building smelled like cigarettes (the room smelled perfectly fine though!) smaller unit best shared between 2-3 people max, wouldn’t recommend for anyone travelling with a larger family or small children. Not much parking space, we ubered and wouldn’t recommend renting a car anyways. Great food and shopping options nearby, including a convenience store attached to the building and a pizza shop, and close to bus stops that can take you into old Montreal or to any metro station. Bars and clubs also within a 10-15 minute walking radius. Host was wonderful, easy and fast communication, provided us with extra blankets and even a extra futon upon request! Would absolutely book again :)

Great spot for a weekend out

Absolutely loved this apartment, super functional layout with great furnishings. It's in such an ideal location close to food, bars, and awesome street art and architecture. Only a twenty minute walk to the village it was such a perfect spot. We appreciate the property management for their quick and honest communication and this stunning accommodation.

The bed was double bed and was really small, which was not mentioned while booking, no dishwasher, or few amenities as mentioned, I wish if they mentioned the small bed, would have updated the booking rest the building was at the heart of downtown, most of the attractions was within 30min walk
