We stayed in one of the studio apartments, it was very nice! We parked the car in a garage and didn't need it all weekend! Everything was accessible by walking or subway... We will be staying with Unique Stays on our next trip to Montreal.

Room was spotless, kitchen was well-stocked, coffee maker was convenient, and bathroom amenities were more than adequate. No street noise perceptible from Unit 11. Great neighbourhood for bars and restaurants, and 4119 St-Denis is a 9 min walk to the subway. Staff is responsive and courteous. Would absolutely stay again!

my friend and i had a great stay here! the street felt safe, even at night (as two women staying here alone) and there were many things to do within a 15 minute walk of the room. the whole area is filled with vintage/thrift stores, places to eat, and there were many bars in the area. transit was mostly easy to access, with occasional delays due to construction, which i understand is out of unique stay’s control. the room itself was great! it was very clean. the patio was lovely! my recommendations for places to visit in the surrounding areas are: Yokata Yokabai ramen (3 minute walk, ≈$30), Café Chat L’Heureux (cat cafe, 5 minute walk), and St-Viateur Bagel & Café (best montreal bagels, 15 minute walk) expect a long line for bagel sandwiches, but buying bagels by the bag is very quick.

This place was an incredible deal for the money. The room was so much better than I expect, the location of course was excellent - and just down from all the noisy clubs so you weren't kept up all night. I've bookmarked it to book again next time I'm in MTL.

Great location, nice space layout and kitchenette was well designed. Bathroom was clean. Pretty quiet. Management was very responsive when I had an issue with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and then complained. So they are definitely on top of things.

Beautiful stay!

Fast internet connection, modern decor, nice terrace, and very quiet at night. The kitchenette had everything I needed to cook. Free laundry was a huge perk (they even provide detergent). Staff were kind and prompt to respond via email. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Le Plateau. I'll be back the next time I'm in Montréal

Great place to stay. Loads to explore in a great party of town. Close to a metro station to get around to the rest of the city. Downsides were no tv (which is always a nice to have after a long day of touring) and the walls are pretty thin so you could hear your neighbours though everyone respected the 10pm quiet time rule. They also provided ear plugs which was nice. On a better weather day I think we would have loved to hang out on the terrasse as it looked lovely. Overall great place to stay, highly recommend and we will stay there again!

The apartment was perfect! Kitchen was great to have and even had olive oil and balsamic for us which was amazing. The location is ideal, super walkable with great shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be booking here again next time we’re in Montreal!
