Sam and Rachel were excellent communicators and responded promptly. We did go to the wrong location first, but that was entirely on us as they had told us to enter in the postal code.The apartment was perfect for our family of five and our medium size dog. There was complementary coffee for us and all of the things we needed for our stay. Temperature was set comfortably warm and the apartment was clean and inviting.There was a dog park nearby as well as a fabulous grocery store. Access to public transit was a short walk away, and easy to navigate. We ate at a wonderful buckwheat crêperie called Spanel and took our three teenagers to see the Aura show at the Notre Dame Basilica. Even my 16-year-old son was in awe of the experience. If we return to Montreal, we would stay there again.

Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The location of the apartment was perfect for our trip and the plans we had while in Montréal. The Metro grocery store was close and everything else was either walkable or a short ride away.

Location near the grocery was great and walking to downtown or old city centers was reasonable. The place appears to be a dormitory based on layout of building and rooms/fit and finish. As noted by others the bedding was dirty and one bed couldn’t be used at all due to someone’s blood in the mattress. Communicated this to host so hopefully is sorted for next guests. Trash builds up at main entrance and is easy to see why it could smell in warmer months. Nice hosts and warm rooms in winter! P.s. there are (2) 1319 Rue Barre in Montreal. We learned the hard way. Be sure to go to Griffintown.

L'appartement en lui même etait bien à part les matelas en très mauvais état je suis repartie de Montreal bloquée du dos. Le robinet de la baignoire coulait en permanence, accessoires et vaisselle pas adaptés pour les repas (que des petites assiettes et un saladier mais cassé) les appareils electro parfaits.Sinon appartement bien dans l'ensemble.Le gros point negatif est l'entrée de l'immeuble avec beaucoup de rats car toutes les poubelles sont stockees là.Il y avait de gros travaux dans toute la rue et reveil à 7h du matin, ce n'est pas de la faute du loueur mais si nous avions eu la possibilité d'annuler le logement en etant prevenu a l'avance et non pas le jour J cela aurait plus correct.Magasin d'alimentationa 3minutes et metro à 15 minutes. Sejour mitigé dans ce logement, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Very spacious and clean, lots of amenities in the neighbourhood and not a far walk from other key neighbourhoods! Had a little trouble finding the entrance at first but the check in instructions were clear, just make sure to read everything first! Host was communicative and easy to reach, even let me drop my bags off before check in when my plane was switched to an earlier flight.

We spent 4 nights at this location. Check in was incredibly easy. Having 4 bedroom was perfect for our family size. The beds were very comfortable. There is a Metro grocery store right around the corner, a pharmacy just down the road, and a cute little coffee shop called Maman with very friendly staff a couple of blocks away. The hosts provided all the details need for the stay in a timely manner. Our only issue was it was up 4 flights of stairs which was hard with baby stuff. Highly recommend this location for your stay!

Came for a concert and to see the city

Great location. Funny little back lane looking street, but it’s really a great neighborhood with lots around it, super close walk to the Bell centre which was key for us. The Bixi bike rentals are literally a stones throw, as is the metro. Lots of space with 4 bedrooms. Smart TV that actually works! Netflix, prime etc. Nice AC. Clean. All good!!

Great place for large groups

This apartment was a very comfortable place to stay for our group, which ranged from small children to senior citizens. My kids were thrilled to have their own room. They also loved the island with stools. I didn't have any issues with the appliances. The mini-split ac kept the apartment cool. The kitchen included some dishes, which was convenient. The location was also very close to a grocery store and an ice cream parlor is right by the apartment entrance, which my kids loved. The parking situation was a bit of a challenge, but there are multiple parking options available. The location is near the old city and we were about to drive there in just a few minutes and spend the day near the waterfront. The owner had great communication, reaching out through the app to communicate check in and check out processes and offering suggestions for parking. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a return trip.

The location is good. You have Old Montreal and Downtown close to you, around 20 minutes walking. Enough parking options and you have grocery store really close, so if you need you can get anything you need. Inside, the Apartment/place was good and rooms are spacious. But, WIFI is intermittent and really slow, you need to have that in mind if internet connection is a must for you. One of the bedrooms had a very dirty bed linen or sheets and they never sent a clean ones to replace it. In the shower, there was a leak but in our second day a maintenance man came to fix it. Finally, when you enter the building, after the very first door there was a lot of trash from days and that caused a very disgusting smell, this stayed there for three days, you could smell it only in your way out, but it was really bad anyway.

Ideally Located

The property was ideally located and an easy walk to the old port or griffin town. The unit was clean and spacious and the host very accommodating and extremely easy to deal with. Check-in was a breeze and the host helped with allowing a later checkout as our flight was late in the day. The unit isn’t located on the best looking street but it was safe and easy to find. The building doesn’t have an elevator and the unit is on the 4th floor.
