The room was run down and ragged. The chair was worn and filthy.
The cleaners didnât clean the room or bring fresh towels. I asked for new ones and the front desk told me I had to bring the old ones to the desk. Sorry, but Iâm not carrying around wet, dirty towels all through the motel. Especially when itâs not my fault that they didnât get changed. Not impressed at all.
The owner is mean and nasty and would not accommodate me with a first floor room, knowing I cannot walk stairs because I am disabled and charge me for my service cat because he wouldnât look at the paperwork that I was trying to show him that she service he doesnât understand With dogs. You have to walk down with my Disability. I cannot walk so I got a cat instead and paid a lot of money for her service paperwork that he wouldnât even look at so if you want a place where the people are nice do not stay at the Deltaâs days inn
The owner is the nastiest person I have ever met! He actually asked me how much money I have. Who does he think he is?? I showed him my catâs service paperwork and wouldnât even look at it, and still charged me for her. Knowing sheâs a service animal. I am disabled and canât walk so I got a cat for a service animal instead of a dog because dogs you have to walk with my Disability I canât walk.
The shower in my roomâs ceiling was about to fall down, the toilet wouldnât work, neither did the hair dryer. The bed was warm and I was dry from the elements but it wasnât anything Iâd call ânice.â They didnât have bugs and the room was clean
