Great experience

My first time in this hotel since I tend to stay in the hotel casinos however, I'm glad I made a reservation at this one. I was impressed how clean and comfortable the room was. The front desk were friendly and helpful. Most of all the location was great.

I checked in on line but really didn't speed up my check in at the desk they just asked for all the same information i gave online. Waited to check in, in person for a long time cause their was only one employee for the whole hotel and he was being janitor when i showed up. Continental style breakfast consisted of pancake machine and juice. No fruit, bagels or muffins. Room was clean and had eveything i needed for a queen suite. drain in tub was broken. Used the coffee pot and water was leaking out the bottom, told the front desk upon check out they did not act as if they cared and moved on to next customer.

Signs of aging.

My fiance and I were there for a weekend trip to Mohegan sun. We have been there many times before. We like the shuttle service. With that being said, the place is showing its age now. The hotel needs an update. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, or maybe not at all? There was a clump of dark hair on the shower wall. Very disappointed. We will probably be looking for a different hotel in the future.

Overall just barely average

Breakfast was included in the lobby which is tiny and there is only one table. It's not very appealing to bring it up to your room and sit on the bed to eat. Also doesn't help with keeping the rooms clean. Overall it was fine but the hotel looks tired and could use a refresh.
