The room rug was stained and the sink was clogged. I just stayed one night so didn’t bother to report it. The hotel needs a paint job and deep rug cleaning. The staff was very nice.

Great location for events at the casinos; 17 mins from foxwoods and free shuttle to mohegan.

It was evident that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. There were long dark hairs all over the sheets. Upon checkout, I had checked under the bed and found trash there that was not ours. The room next-door to us was incredibly loud. It didn’t seem crowded at all so I’m not sure why staff would book room so close to each other. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything. I definitely would’ve appreciated a group of noisy men checking in being in a room further away from other guests.

The shuttle was so convenient! The staff is very helpful. The beds were not very comfortable and the square pillows were not comfortable either. A great night at the Sun but not very restful sleep.
