very dated. not much around, thankfully it is fairly walkable city. Parking lot is small and if one vehicle isn't parked correctly, you may not have a a place to park. Staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly on my check in! I was wating for a gentleman on sunday in the lobby and watched the front staff on 3 ocassions in a short while both leave the front desk to go outside and vap. Three guests come to the front desk to check out and eventually just walked out. The front entrance of the building has not been cleaned and leaves a poor impression. The elevator has not been cleaned in a long time. Disgusting!

Check in was at 4pm, our room was not ready until 7:35pm (the excuse given was that their washing machine was not working). Upon check out, staff was not going to offer a discounted rate for the very late check in and I had to insist on it. Hotel wasn’t overly clean, lots of dirt and grime in the corners. Bathtub was gross and had mildew on the tiles and drains. Pool area wasn’t overly clean either. Pool water was cloudy, hot tub was grimey. Hotel needs updating, but price was fair for what you get. Continental breakfast provided was good and added value.

Great place to stay for our road trip need. Clise to TransCanada Hwy. Place was comfortable, well kept and our room was clean. We had a good night sleep. Breakfast was good too, with something for guests of all ages. Staff were pleasant and helpful too. Thank you for a restful accommodation.

When we entered the room, it had a funny smell to it that was quite strong. The air conditioner had a loud sound that didnt change all night long. The pull out couch was so old & worn out. The sheets and bedding smelt fresh & clean and the beds were good. Breakfast was good. My kids would suggest chocolate chip muffins to add to the breakfast.
