Needs lots of updates, especially in the hot tub area. Room was snug. Bathroom had updates. Tv was challenging to maneuver. Comfortable queen size bed.

I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, and the pool was great. We had a poolside room and the only downside was the humidity but with the air conditioner on, it was comfortable and cool. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but we managed. I stayed with my 5 year old and we had a blast! He asked if we could go back again next time!

The pool water looked cloudy and unclean. Staff was friendly and helpful, though often not at the desk and needed to be called. The room came equipped with a loud air conditioning unit; but the moment it was turned off the temperature in the room rose significantly as a result of the adjoining Pool Room being so, very hot.

This is by far the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have EVER seen. I noped out as soon as I opened the door to the room and opted to continue driving instead, despite being tired. It was a non refundable room but I'm hoping Expedia will consider reimbursement. I have photos showing how this place should be condemned.

Front seat staff was friendly. Check in easy and quick. I understand the motel is older but it is dirty and not maintained well. Dirt on wall, in sink and on floors. Rusty bolts coming out of the toilet that are an easy and inexpensive fix. Hole in the wall. Garbage outside door ( pool side). Was there my entire stay. Booked based on Expedia reviews with a high rating, but just noticed Google's rating are 2 stars.
