Our stay was very good. The only issue was that the shower curtain did not have any weights or magnets at the bottom to keep it in place so when you turned the shower on the draft created kept forcing the shower curtain against my body which was gross. This really needs to be fixed.

The hotel itself is quite aged and needs a refresh. There was frayed carpet in our room and dented walls. I understand that a few of the rooms have been renovated, however, I do not believe the price we paid matched the experience. The pool itself is beautiful and in decent condition and we love the area around the hotel. Being right downtown offers amazing walkability and so much to see and do. It is convenient staying right at the hot springs, but there are more affordable options within walking distance to use the springs and sace some money.

My family was in town for a celebration of life. After driving over 9 and a half hours i was thankful check in was quick and easy. Once entering our room we were met with a tidy looking room yet quite dated, and the carpet had multiple stains from one end of the room to the other, the beds were extremely hard and it appeared as though house keeping just threw the coffee stuff on the counter. After attending the celebration of life we returned to our room to change, there was water all over the floor and toilet and water was dripping from the ceiling. They sent maintenence up to look at it. My dad happened to be in the elevator with maintenance and overheard him on the phone saying the room above us' toilet overflowed and was leaking into the room below. Overall i was disappointed with my stay considering how expensive it was.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The spa was nice but the treatments were quite over priced compared to anything I’ve had in Saskatoon or Regina. Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you HAD to be in moose jaw for some reason.

Didn’t feel welcomed. They make it clear that booking with a third party means you don’t have access to all the amenities offered. Even sent a letter after confirming this. “Book with us directly next time to get offers” Staff are unhappy, decor is tired looking, pool has algae. Downtown Moose Jaw was fun and friendly
